As an ex-national swimmer, I have helped thousands of adults and kids embark on their swimming journeys. I realize that people have a phobia mainly because of 2 reasons. 1 - They can't touch the floor. 2. They can't float.
Not all coaches will emphasize the importance of breathing, but this is what is the most basic and important thing in life. Isn't it? Just imagine if you couldn't even breathe, do you think you can even swim? Thus, I have come out with these 8 simple and easiest steps for someone to overcome their phobia and to start swimming in the fastest and easiest way.
So far, my fastest student started swimming in just 15 minutes. If you have watched my videos, these are the exact 8 steps that I use to coach all my students, thus it is already tested and proven. Moreover, my students have to use the exact same steps to coach their own relatives or students.
In all my videos, I would usually demonstrate myself, or I would take the videos from my lesson to share with you, so it will be the exact problem or difficulties which you will face. Most students would often watch the wrong videos.
Videos that were edited from competitions to teach someone how to swim. I'm sorry to say that if you have just started to learn swimming, do not look at competitive videos cause you can't apprehend them at this current stage.
So do know what stage are you at before watching and trying to mimic what they do. 99% of the videos I saw are done by professionals.
Do feel free to ask me any questions if you are encountering any difficulties. I will try my best to answer you, and if need be, I will do a video to answer your question. PS: If you can't master lesson 1, do not proceed to lesson 2. Go step by step.
