TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CLASS (CLIENT'S PLACE)

1. BAD WEATHER

• Provide notice at least 1 hour before for a lesson cancellation.
• If the coach has arrived at the client's location, the lesson is considered completed. 
• If it starts to rain within 0-20 minutes of the lesson, the remaining class time will be extended for the next lesson.
• If it rains after 20 minutes, no replacement lesson will be scheduled.

2. SICK

• Provide at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellation; otherwise, the lesson will be considered confirmed and completed for the day.
• If the coach has arrived at the client's location, the lesson will be considered completed. 

3. HOLIDAY VACATION

• Provide a notice at least 2 weeks in advance; otherwise, the lesson will be considered still scheduled. 
• If no prior notice has been communicated to the coach and they have already reached the client's location, the lesson will be considered completed.

4. For 1-4 group lesson @ client's place: the lesson will proceed as scheduled, charges will still apply and no makeup lesson will be provided for absentee/s.
5. The 4 lessons must be completed within 2-month period; otherwise, any remaining lessons will be forfeited.
6. Fees must be paid before the first 4 lessons commence. A reminder will be sent out prior to the 3rd lesson.
