TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CLASS (CLIENT'S PLACE)

1. BAD WEATHER
  • Provide notice at least 1 hour before for a lesson cancellation.
  • If the coach has arrived at the client's location, the lesson is considered completed. 
  • If it starts to rain within 0-20 minutes of the lesson, the remaining class time will be extended for the next lesson.
  • If it rains after 20 minutes, no replacement lesson will be scheduled.
2. SICK
  • Provide at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellation; otherwise, the lesson will be considered confirmed and completed for the day.
  • If the coach has arrived at the client's location, the lesson will be considered completed. 
3. HOLIDAY VACATION
  • Provide a notice at least 2 weeks in advance; otherwise, the lesson will be considered still scheduled. 
  • If no prior notice has been communicated to the coach and they have already reached the client's location, the lesson will be considered completed.
4. For 1-4 group lesson @ client's place: the lesson will proceed as scheduled, charges will still apply and no makeup lesson will be provided for absentee/s.
5. The 4 lessons must be completed within 2-month period; otherwise, any remaining lessons will be forfeited.
6. Fees must be paid before the first 4 lessons commence. A reminder will be sent out prior to the 3rd lesson.

1. BAD WEATHER:

  • If it starts to rain during the lesson, a land drill will be conducted.
2. SICK
  • Inform the coach at least 2 hours before, the lesson will be considered canceled.
3. HOLIDAY VACATION
  • Provide a notice at least 2 weeks in advance; otherwise, the lesson will be considered still scheduled. 
4. The 4 lessons must be completed within 2-month period; otherwise, any remaining lessons will be forfeited.
5. Fees must be paid before the first 4 lessons commence. A reminder will be sent out prior to the 3rd lesson.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GROUP CLASS @ OXLEY BIZHUB

1. BAD WEATHER: 
  • Land drill will be conducted in accordance to NEA policies.
  • No make up class for Absentee/s.
2. SICK
  • Inform the coach at least 2 hours before, the lesson will be considered canceled.
  • Menses/period have  to inform latest 2 hours in advance, make up lesson depends on coach's availability.
3. HOLIDAY VACATION
  • Inform latest 3 days in advance: only up to 2x off in a month, more than 2x no make up  class: make up lesson depends on coach's availability.
4. ABSENTEE 
  • There will be no make up for absentee, if absentee fails to inform coach in advance or no info means no make up.
5. MAKE UP SESSIONS ( DEPENDS ON COACH'S AVAILABILITY)​
  • Make up lesson must be pre-scheduled at least one day in advance. 
  • Make up lesson can only be done within a month.
  • After 4 weeks, requesting makeup lesson will no longer be valid.
  • 4 lesson must be completed within 6 weeks otherwise remaining lessons will be forfeited. 
6. There will be NO LESSON and NO MAKE-UP on Saturday and Sunday, 5TH WEEK, and or during PUBLIC HOLIDAY.
7. ​Fees must be paid before the first 4 lessons commence. A reminder will be sent out prior to the 3rd lesson.
